Rating : - Very nice rack
This is a very nice, sturdy rack. I knew it was 8" x 10" going in. The foodservice nomenclature does need some refining. 1/4 vs 1/2, sheet pan vs. bun pan.
I can hardly bend this rack, that's how heavy duty it is. Now, if they only made one to fit a 1/4 size (9 x 13)sheet pan, I'd be all over it! How 'bout it, China Business Show? There's a lot of anxious buyers out here waiting for such an item, which I can't seem to locate anywhere.
